Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why I use it and the choices you have. I have kept it as clear and straightforward as possible.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
Wiktoria Fronc is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
For any privacy questions or requests, contact: WIKIFRO@GMAIL.COM
2. What information do I collect?
Depending on how you use the website, I may collect:
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Details of the free resources or newsletters you request.
- Messages and information you send when contacting me.
- Basic technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page and pages visited.
- Cookie or similar identifiers where these are used.
3. How and why do I use your information?
I may use your personal information to:
- Deliver a free workbook, guide or resource you requested.
- Send lessons, free resources, personal updates and information about projects or services when you have chosen to join my email list.
- Reply to your questions or messages.
- Operate, protect and improve the website.
- Understand which pages and resources are useful to visitors.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect my legal rights.
I rely on your consent when you join the email list or accept optional cookies. I may rely on my legitimate interests to respond to messages, protect the website and understand its general performance, where those interests do not override your rights.
4. Free resources and the email list
When you enter your email address to receive a free resource or join The Alignment Letter, your details will be added to my mailing list. Emails may include lessons I am learning, free resources, personal updates and information about relevant projects, products or services.
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Unsubscribing will not affect the lawfulness of anything done before you withdrew consent.
5. Cookies and website analytics
The website may use essential cookies required for it to function and, where enabled, analytics cookies that help me understand website traffic and engagement. Non-essential cookies will be used only where the required consent has been obtained.
You can manage cookies through the website’s cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking some essential cookies may affect how the website works.
6. Who receives your information?
I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only with trusted service providers that help operate the website and mailing list, including Squarespace and its associated hosting, form, analytics and email services.
These providers process information on my behalf or under their own privacy responsibilities. They are permitted to use it only as needed to provide their services or comply with the law.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by recognised legal safeguards, such as an adequacy arrangement, standard contractual clauses or the UK Addendum.
8. How long do I keep information?
Mailing-list information is generally kept until you unsubscribe or I no longer need it for the purpose described. I may retain a minimal suppression record so that I do not email you again after you opt out.
Other information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, security and record-keeping requirements.
9. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of your personal information.
- Ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected.
- Ask for your information to be deleted.
- Ask for processing to be restricted.
- Object to certain uses of your information.
- Receive information you provided in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Your right to object: You can object to direct marketing at any time. The easiest way is to click “unsubscribe” in an email or contact me using the address above.
10. Complaints
Please contact me first if you have a concern and I will try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
11. Children
This website and mailing list are not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with the updated date shown above.
